This was based on a simple test program I write to try out the FLTK toolkit . The test program I write only generated some random numbers, but I extended it to create this program. Back then, I wanted something which people could use to generate random numbers, then check their tickets. The program supported some common lottery games, and had the ability to download lottery results from the Tatts website and compare your games against any specified draw.

Since then, Tatts have removed the archival information this program was downloading, and have a simple way to check your ticket online, making this program somewhat redundant.

This program just exists now as an FLTK example. It’s a toolkit I quite light, as it lives up to its name, fast and light

WHAT THIS PROGRAM DOES:

Aussie Lotto is a simple application to make creating numbers for lottery games, and checking results easier. This program allows you to automatically generate numbers for a variety of Lotto games which are available in Australia. You can save the games, add further your own selected numbers and check them against the results of the draw, instantly finding out what games you’ve won without having to first check the ticket yourself, or take it to be scanned. This is ideal if you want to play the same numbers again and again, and want to check easily.
